Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders from the Canada, Netherlands. It is intended to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By placing an order in this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. Shipping Costs:

Free shipping for all orders in Canada and Netherlands.

B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING & ORDER CLOSING DATE

Shipments typically take 5 - 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

The order closing date is 12:00 PM  (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam).

Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We ship with Canada Post, NL Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

D. ADDRESS CHANGE

The delivery address cannot be changed after shipping. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@milazoe-toronto.com

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change your order before receiving it, we can accept cancellations at any time up until shipment. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

If you notice that a package was damaged during transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service to discuss the next steps.
